Refund policy
Return Items - As all of our items are handmade and/or personalized, we do not accept returns. However we will cover refunds or replacements on damaged items.
Damaged Products - If your product has been damaged during shipping, please notify us within 72 hours of receipt of the damaged product. Once we receive the notification, we will either replace the damaged product or refund in the amount of the purchase to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
Shipping costs - Should an item arrive damaged, we will cover the cost of shipping when we send the replacement.
